Shipping Policy

ALL GROUND SHIPPING IN THE CONTINENTAL US IS FREE
WE CURRENTLY DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY

Expedited Shipping options are available and can be selected while checking out.
Hours Of Operation:
Monday - Friday: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm AZ Mountain Standard Time
Saturday & Sunday: CLOSED
Estimated shipping dates will be populated for you at checkout. Please note that some items,
such as pop ups, are subject to an additional 3 – 5 days for delivery.
Depending on the product ordered we may require signature at time of delivery.
Shipping Days and Cut-Off Times:
We ship all orders Monday - Friday. We are closed on the weekends. Please see our shipping
cut-off times below.
Ground Shipping: M-F 2:00 PM Arizona Time
Expedited Shipping: M-F1:00 PM Arizona Time

Return & Exchange Policy

We require notification within 48 hours of delivery of intent to return, shipping issues, or missing
items. Please contact us immediately at info@nwpoolsupply.com so we can discuss next steps.
Most products are eligible for returns or exchanges within the first 30 days from delivery.
Products not eligible for return are pop up tools or any product that was installed, used or
broken during installation. If you have questions about a product’s return eligibility please
contact us.


Purchaser is responsible for shipping the merchandise back to us in cases of exchange or
return that does not involve an item that was damaged or wrongly shipped. The returned item
must be returned in new, unused condition. All items must be returned in the manufacturer's original packaging including any paperwork, instructions or warranty registration cards. Items
without original packaging are subject to a restocking fee.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee depending on condition of returned item.
The staff at NW Pool Supply have years of experience in the pool industry and we will do
everything we can to help you identify the correct product for your environment. If we are
unable to answer all your questions, we recommend you reach out to the manufacturer for more
technical assistance. We cannot be held responsible for products purchased that are not
compatible with your system.
